I set my eyes on maxing out each event by working on my strength, power, endurance, core, and agility. I started this plan with a 160 lb Deadlift to 340 lb in less than a year. I maxed out pushups in less than 6 months while increasing my aerobic capacity by running 3-5 miles weekly.
